Aaron Landes is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in fitness, finance, and strategic operations. He is the founder of Monument Fitness, a staple in the Charlestown community known for its high-level coaching, culture, and member results.
As CEO of Vivolo, Aaron drives the vision, business strategy, and operational execution behind the brand. His approach is grounded, data-informed, and results-focused, with a constant eye on building something that truly serves both clients and staff. He’s also the engine behind Vivolo’s energy - setting the tone and making sure every detail reflects what the brand stands for: sharp, real, and relentlessly forward.

Melissa Shaw brings over a decade of experience in health and wellness, combining her clinical expertise as a registered nurse with her background in group fitness and client care. She holds a BS in Nursing and has spent more than 10 years delivering high-level care across top institutions, including Mass General Hospital and leading clinics throughout the Boston area.
As Head Clinician at Vivolo, Melissa oversees all therapeutic services and leads the clinical team with a strong focus on safety, precision, and client experience. She is a Certified Nurse Injector specializing in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and a certified expert in IV therapy. Her leadership ensures every client receives care that is grounded in science and delivered with empathy.
Melissa is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health. Her sharp clinical judgment and people-first approach make her a trusted guide for clients seeking clarity and real results.

Stacey Kroon is a force in the wellness world, with over 15 years of experience leading from the front in both fitness and business. As General Manager and co-owner of Monument Fitness, she has helped thousands of individuals take ownership of their health through focused training, honest coaching, and a no-excuses approach to wellness.
She has competed at the highest levels of functional fitness and has helped clients reach their goals through personalized coaching, deep expertise, and a relentless focus on what works. Stacey is the Head of Wellness at Vivolo and the creator of the OLO Method, a personalized, habit-based coaching approach designed to help clients integrate movement, nutrition, and optimization into real life.
She is also a proud partner to Aaron and a dedicated mom to Odin.

Erin is an experienced Registered Nurse with over three years in a multidisciplinary ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital, providing expert care to surgical, transplant, and medical patients. Skilled in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT, and critical interventions for rapidly changing conditions. Recognized with the Pillars of Excellence Award for outstanding performance and patient-centered care.
Dedicated to professional growth and evidence-based practice, holding advanced certifications including CCRN, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Experienced in mentoring and training new ICU nurses, fostering clinical confidence and safe practice.

Kylee is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in critical care, oncology, and post-surgical recovery, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in high-acuity hospital environments. Currently serving in the Medical ICU at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, skilled in ventilator management, CRRT, and the titration of pressors and sedatives for complex cases including multi-organ failure and sepsis.
Previously worked on the Medical Oncology and Orthopedic Trauma units, supporting patients through chemotherapy complications, recovery from trauma and surgery, and end-of-life care. Experienced charge nurse and preceptor, recognized for leadership, empathy, and patient advocacy.
Also serves as an Infection Control Nurse at MIT, leading vaccination initiatives and promoting safe, informed public health practices.

Spencer J. Mead, PA-C brings over 25 years of clinical excellence to health and wellness optimization. As Principal Owner of Magna Men’s Health, established in 2023, Spencer is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and achieve peak performance through cutting-edge scientific methodologies that support both mind and body at optimal capacity.
Spencer’s expertise spans hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management, sexual health, IV therapy, and cellular and functional medicine. His approach combines evidence-based treatments with personalized care to address the unique needs of each patient.
His journey into advanced health specialization began with focused training in andrology and sexual health under the mentorship of renowned expert Dr. Abe Morgentaler at Men’s Health Boston from 2015–2017. He further expanded his expertise in health optimization and peptide therapy during his tenure with Boston Vitality from 2018–2023, where he developed a deep understanding of lifestyle medicine and innovative wellness interventions.
A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook’s Physician Assistant program, Spencer blends his extensive clinical background with a passion for helping clients reach their health and performance goals. At Magna Men’s Health, he leverages the latest advances in wellness science to deliver personalized treatment plans that optimize hormone levels, enhance vitality, and improve overall quality of life.
