The OLO Method is a personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching system created by Stacey Kroon. The focus is simple: understand your current habits, create an actionable plan, and develop the consistency to follow through. This is not a diet, a detox, or a meal plan that fizzles out after two weeks. It is a framework for building habits that actually stick.
Your coach works with you one-on-one to address the factors that have kept you from reaching your goals, whether that is stress, schedule, mindset, or simply not knowing where to start. Every recommendation is tailored to your lifestyle, your preferences, and your reality.
The OLO Method is for anyone who wants to take control of their lifestyle and/or nutritional health but has struggled with consistency, conflicting advice, or programs that do not fit their life. This includes people looking to lose weight, improve energy, manage stress, build a sustainable routine, or simply feel better in their body. Whether you have tried everything or you are just getting started, this program meets you where you are.
For clients who qualify, the OLO Method can include GLP-1 peptide therapy for weight loss. GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide help reduce appetite and support significant weight loss when combined with lifestyle changes.
At Vivolo, we require that GLP-1 clients also enroll in the OLO Method program. This ensures you build the proper nutrition habits and lifestyle foundation so you are not reliant on medication long-term. You will work with both your nutrition coach and our medical team to create a plan that supports lasting results.
Blood work is required for GLP-1 and other peptide and hormone programs.
The process to get into the program is simple.
Stacey Kroon is the Head of Wellness at Vivolo and the creator of the OLO Method. She is also co-owner of Monument Fitness in Charlestown, where she has spent years helping clients transform their health through movement, nutrition, and mindset. Stacey's approach combines her background in fitness with a deep understanding of the habits, behaviors, and lifestyle factors that actually drive lasting change.
The OLO Method is built on what Stacey has learned working with real people facing real challenges: busy schedules, stress, past failures with diets, and the confusion that comes from conflicting health advice.
